If you are our customer, we do so out of legitimate interest, as we reasonably assume that you are interested in our news and tips from the field of _______________, for a period of 5 years from your last order. We use the photos in promotional materials, primarily on our website. Video recordings are available for online course participants to view. You will never find the names of participants in these materials, unless they are used as references and with their consent. However, we promise that in such a case, we will place at least the same demands on the processor in terms of security and quality of processing as we do on ourselves. <\/p>\n<h3>Transfer of data outside the EU<\/h3>\n<p>We process data exclusively in the European Union or in countries that ensure an adequate level of protection based on a decision by the European Commission.<\/p>\n<h3>Your rights in relation to personal data protection<\/h3>\n<p>You have a number of rights in relation to the protection of your personal data. In this case, we will delete all personal data that is not bound by other laws. We will inform you by email when the deletion is complete.   <\/p>\n<p><strong>Complaint to the Office for Personal Data Protection<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>If you feel that we are not handling your data in accordance with the law, you have the right to contact the Office for Personal Data Protection with your complaint at any time. We would be very grateful if you would first inform us of your concerns so that we can take action and rectify any mistakes. <\/p>\n<p><strong>Unsubscribe from newsletters and commercial communications<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We send you emails with inspiration, articles, or products and services if you are our customer based on our legitimate interest.<\/p>\n<p>If you are not yet a customer, we will only send them to you with your consent. In both cases, you can unsubscribe from our emails by clicking on the unsubscribe link in each email we send you. <\/p>\n<h3>Confidentiality<\/h3>\n<p>We would like to assure you that our employees and associates who will process your personal data are required to maintain confidentiality regarding personal data and security measures, the disclosure of which would compromise the security of your personal data.
